 Triple Omega 4 Who needs to wait for a custom? Not you when you order this Triple Omega version of the Mark King Standard Signature model. We've added lots of great custom features to this bass to make it special.Usually we use AAA Quilted Maple or Fancy Select Walnut for the top on a Mark King Standard, but we found a really unusal piece of Coco Bolo for this one. It's the color of cinnabar, a true orange-red with slightly darker grain running through it. The bookmatch covers the neck from the front view, but you can clearly see the Maple and Purpleheart neck when you flip it over to see the back. Coco Bolo adds typical thunder to the tone. Triple Omega body shape is distinctive. The Pistol Grip helps the upper horn reach a point to keep the balance at a comfortable 2:00. The Maple accent laminate contrasts wonderfully with the top and emphasizes the expert carving details.
