| Here's your chance to
own an "Alembic First." This bass is the first one we've made in the
Balance K body with the Heart Omega variation. It also has a
wonderful Superb Walnut top laminate. Click on the picture for a
larger view, but be prepared to enjoy it many times more in person. Like the other basses we've built in this shape, it's significantly
lighter weight than the Alembic you remember playing 20 years ago.
This one is just shy of 9 pounds and balances great on a strap.
Signature electronics use separate filters and Q switches for each
pickup, offering a wide palette of available sounds from the
roundest warm tones to crystalline highs.
